Embrace the Present

I understand the value of experiencing personal interpretations for art and recognizing nothing has true form, everything blows away like the wind. Learn to be ok with that, this can probably help. I assemble images out my window of the city lights, pictures that pass away and can only be seen by the meditator, me. Embrace that which dissolves, we all go that way. It’s ok with me.

If you don’t know where to go or what to do in the moment, return to mindful breathing: in out deep slow. This is a return to the present moment practice/exercise. If you do it and enjoy it, you are in heaven in the gere and the now.
